Is informing a friend about not performing the Duha prayer or forgetting one's daily litany, out of remorse and regret, considered a form of public disclosure (mujahara) that is not forgivable?

The blameworthy open proclamation [of sin] is to reveal a sin that Allah has concealed. As for missing the Duha prayer or forgetting to recite one's daily litanies (wird) and similar supererogatory acts, these are not considered sins, and speaking about them is not considered open proclamation [of sin]. However, one must beware of ostentation (riya'), as abandoning a supererogatory act and speaking about it might be done to feign regret and seek excuses to avoid blame.
