It is not permissible to create a forum that includes forbidden or Sharia-violating content such as music, indecent images, and false news. However, it is permissible to create forums free from Sharia violations. If they are beneficial in worldly matters and aid in matters of the hereafter, then they are among the acts of devotion for which the creator will be rewarded, seeking Allah Almighty's pleasure.
