In which Surah was the word "Yathrib" mentioned? And what does it mean?

"Yathrib" was mentioned in the Quran in Surat al-Ahzab, and it was named after its first inhabitant, "Yathrib ibn Qaniya." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, disliked this name, so he called it Taybah and Tabah.
