The ruling has already been established that a marriage fulfilling its conditions is lawful, even if its purpose is not serious, for jesting in marriage is considered serious. Its effects, such as inheritance, are brought forth, so the wife has her share of inheritance upon the husband's death, even if she does not consent to it.

This marriage is not permissible because it is a mockery of marriage and places it in an inappropriate context. The sister would be sinful and must repent.
