Does divorce occur with the saying, "You are divorced," intending to end the dispute temporarily, even though the wife requested the divorce?

A husband's statement to his wife, "You are 'ṭāqq'" does not constitute a divorce. This is because it is not an explicit pronouncement of divorce, nor can it be considered an implicit one (kinayah) due to its inability to convey the meaning of divorce, its lack of common usage in this sense, and the impermissibility of replacing the letter 'lām' with 'qāf' in the Arabic language.
