The Dayyuth is one who lacks ghira (protective jealousy) over his family and maharim (unmarriageable kin). If you possess this ghira, then you are not a Dayyuth. Enjoining good and forbidding evil is tied to one's capability, and it is a Fard Kifayah (collective obligation) that becomes a Fard Ayn (individual obligation) for someone if no one else addresses the evil. Denouncing evil is done by hand for those in authority, by tongue for every capable person, and if one is unable, then by heart, which is the weakest of faith.
