Is the money paid by a company owner to certain individuals for marketing his goods considered a bribe, and is the husband who pays this amount considered a "ra'ish" (payer of a bribe)?

The money paid to your husband is not considered a bribe if those who are paid are marketing machinery and are not employees of the purchasing entity, because this is considered brokerage, and it is permissible to receive compensation for brokerage. However, if they are employees of the purchasing entity, then this amount is considered a bribe, and it is not permissible for your husband to assist in it; due to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "May Allah curse the one who gives a bribe, the one who takes a bribe, and the intermediary between them."
