Is it permissible to charge a mobile phone from the mosque's electricity?

There is no harm for a woman in using the water and electricity of the Haram; for what is in the Haram of water, lighting, and electricity is a waqf for all Muslims, and those in charge of the Haram have prepared those electrical connections for this purpose, otherwise, they would have prevented people from using them.
