Is it established that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, shortened prayers and did not pray Fajr and Maghrib in congregation for 19 days while he was residing in Mecca?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, stayed in Mecca for nineteen days, shortening the four-rak'ah prayers to two rak'ahs, and he prayed in congregation throughout this period. He, peace and blessings be upon him, shortened the prayers because he did not intend to stay for four days or more; rather, he was waiting for his need to be fulfilled and then he would return to Medina.
