What is the prescribed Islamic legal punishment for a male rapist in the event a woman is sexually assaulted by her employer at home or work, and does the assaulted woman bear any sin or punishment?

There is no sin or punishment for a woman forced into adultery (zina). She should repent and conceal her affair.

As for the man who commits rape, he faces two punishments: the prescribed punishment for zina (flogging or stoning), and he must pay the mahr al-mithl (dower of the like) to the woman he raped. It is incumbent upon anyone who commits zina to conceal themselves.

This type of crime often arises from transgressing the boundaries set by Allah in mixing, speaking, and private seclusion.
