It is permissible to use Al-Rajhi ATM cards in Egyptian banks, even if the exchange rate is higher than the market rate, because the criterion is the mutual consent of the two parties if the currencies differ and immediacy is found. There is no objection to taking a commission for this service. As for withdrawing the same currency deposited in the account, it is permissible.
