Is it permissible to recite Surat Al-Waqi'ah and Surat Al-Mulk at any time of the day, or must they be recited at night?

Originally, it is permissible to recite Surat Al-Mulk, Surat Al-Waqi'ah, or any other surahs from the Quran at any time. There is evidence for the desirability of reciting Surat Al-Mulk before sleeping, but no authentic hadith has been reported regarding the recitation of Surat Al-Waqi'ah every night.
