What should a person do who suffers from boils that continuously bleed, in relation to their prayer? And is it permissible for them to delay all prayers until the 'Isha prayer and combine them with a single ablution, due to the difficulty involved in changing clothes and performing ablution for each prayer?

If boils discharge from a person without their causing it, then they are excused for what discharges from them, and they are not required to wash them or change their clothes due to hardship. Ablution is not invalidated except by what exits from the two private parts. It is not permissible to delay prayer beyond its time because of boils; rather, one must perform ablution and pray on time, and it is recommended to wash off a large amount of blood that exits from a boil.
