Does a husband's divorce of his wife take effect if he says "You are Tariq" – while not proficient in Arabic – intending to say "You are divorced (taliq)," and believing that the word "taliq" means a star from Surat Al-Tariq?

If a husband says to his wife, "You are Tariq," divorce does not occur. And if he says, "You are divorced," while ignorant of the rulings of divorce, then it does not occur. However, if he understands the meaning of divorce and its implications, then it does occur if he utters it. It is not permissible for a woman to seek divorce merely over a quarrel, for divorce is not the only solution to marital problems. And the husband must learn what validates his faith and worship.
