Are lesbianism, sodomy, fornication, bestiality, masturbation, and anal intercourse with a woman during menstruation or postpartum bleeding considered psychological illnesses beyond human will, and thus the perpetrator is not sinful?

Immoral acts and abominations are called diseases because they cause a person to deviate from moderation. They are diseases of the hearts before they are diseases of the bodies. The Holy Quran mentions the disease of the heart, which has been interpreted as fornication and weakness of faith. Disease is a deviation from moderation, whether physical or moral, such as ignorance and hypocrisy. However, likening them to diseases does not mean that they are beyond human will, such that one would not be sinful for committing them. On the contrary, if that were the case, then there would be no religious obligation to abandon them. All immoral acts are forbidden in Islamic law, and Allah has threatened severe punishment for those who commit them.
