What is the share of each heir from the inheritance if the deceased passed away leaving: one full sister, two daughters of a full brother, two daughters, a son of a full sister, and a son of a maternal aunt?

The niece (brother's daughter), the nephew and niece (sister's son and daughter), and the male cousin (maternal aunt's son) are not among the heirs. If the deceased leaves no heir other than his full sister, then she inherits the entire estate by fard (prescribed share) and radd (return). She takes half by fard, based on the Almighty's saying: "If a man dies, having no child, but has a sister, she will have half of what he leaves" (An-Nisa: 176). She takes the other half by radd, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "And whoever leaves behind wealth, it is for his heirs." The matter should be referred to the Sharia courts or discussed verbally with scholars.
