Is it permissible for a taxi driver to take tips from brothels with the intention of donating them to Muslims, by analogy with taking usurious interest and spending it on good causes?
It is forbidden to transport disobedient individuals to places where they disobey Allah, such as places of fornication and taverns. Whoever does so becomes a partner in sin and transgression, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: (And do not cooperate in sin and aggression). Whoever has done this must repent, seek forgiveness, feel remorse, and resolve not to return to it. A Muslim must condemn evil, as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith). It is not permissible for a Muslim to intentionally commit what is forbidden in order to acquire money.
