Does the presence of unveiled foreign female customers or local women affect the permissibility of income from a pizza restaurant that will serve halal food?

It is permissible, Islamically, to open a restaurant or cafeteria, provided that it does not serve anything forbidden by Islamic law, such as alcohol or pork, nor display anything prohibited by Islamic law, nor have men serving female customers who are not veiled. If the establishment is free from these prohibitions, then there is no impediment to investing in it, even if non-Muslims or unveiled women frequent it, as long as the restaurant does not become a place for practicing vice and obscenity. In such a case, the owner of the restaurant must prevent this vice from occurring on his premises.

It is stated in Radd al-Muhtar: "If the tenant openly displays evil in the house, such as drinking alcohol, he should be enjoined to good. Neither the landlord nor his neighbors have the right to expel him, for that does not become a valid reason for annulment, and there is no disagreement on this among the four Imams."
