What is the ruling on one who says that Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) incited the killing of our master Ali (may Allah honor his countenance)?

Whoever accuses Aisha, may God be pleased with her, of inciting the killing of a believer, is an oppressor and a liar. God has promised such individuals a painful torment, as He states: "And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned have certainly borne slander and manifest sin." He must repent sincerely and cease delving into her honor.
