What is the ruling on using a female voice in an application that is used by millions, knowing that the developer of an English-Arabic dictionary application wants to add an English word pronunciation feature, but the default voice is female and it is difficult to change it to a male voice, especially since most smartphones use a female voice for English pronunciation?

All praise is due to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. The voice of a woman is not considered awrah (private/uncoverable) in itself, according to the preponderant opinion. If there is no fear of fitnah (temptation) and her voice is not soft, seductive, or submissive, then there is no harm in adding the aforementioned feature. And Allah knows best.
