What is the authenticity of the Hadith: "Whichever caller calls to something, he will remain standing with it until the Day of Resurrection; it will not leave him, nor will he leave it," which was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi?

The aforementioned Hadith (definition) was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi with the wording: "There is no caller who called to anything but that he will be detained on the Day of Resurrection, bound to it, never departing from it. And if a man calls another man," then he recited the words of Allah, the Most Mighty, the Most Majestic: "And stop them; indeed, they are to be questioned. What is the matter with you that you do not help one another?" Al-Tirmidhi said: "This is a strange Hadith," and Al-Albani declared it weak. The Hadith is critiqued due to the weakness of its chain of narration, owing to the presence of Layth ibn Abi Sulaym, who suffered from confusion in his old age, and Bishr from Anas, who is unknown.
