The answer

al-Fitr is obligatory upon the children if they possess wealth from which they can pay the Zakat. Otherwise, the father must pay it on their behalf. Your daughter is obligated to pay Zakat al-Fitr if her salary exceeds her needs by the equivalent of one Sa' of the staple food of the people (approximately 2.5 kg), on the night and day of Eid. If you are supporting her and her salary is not sufficient, then you must pay Zakat al-Fitr on her behalf.
