Is it permissible to seek treatment from a healer who uses jinn for muscular dystrophy, for which there is no cure?

It is impermissible to go to someone who deals with jinn, or to seek healing from them, due to the sharia evidence that prohibits going to soothsayers, diviners, and charlatans. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever goes to a diviner and asks him about anything, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days." And he said: "Whoever goes to a diviner or a soothsayer and believes what he says, has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad."
