Is it permissible to take back one's wife after divorcing her due to an ordinary dispute and uttering the oath of divorce to her, given that both parties desire to reconcile?

A man may take back his divorced wife if the divorce was not the third (final) one and she has not yet completed her 'iddah (waiting period). The revocation of divorce is done through an explicit statement indicating it. The 'iddah ends with the third menstruation for a woman who menstruates, or by giving birth for a pregnant woman, or after three months for a woman who does not menstruate. If the 'iddah has ended, a new marriage contract with all its pillars must be performed. However, if the divorce was the third (final) one, she does not become lawful for him again until she marries another husband willingly and he consummates the marriage with her, and then he divorces her.
