Is it permissible for a mentally ill person to speak about what transpires between his father and his brother's wife for the purpose of treatment, and is that considered backbiting (gheebah) or a violation of honor?

If a father harasses his son's wife, he should be advised and reminded of Allah's punishment. If he persists, he can be threatened with informing his wife. The son's wife must not be alone with him and should treat him as a

stranger.
