What is the share of the daughter from the inheritance of her father who divorced her mother, married another woman, and had four sons and four daughters with her?

What we understand from the question is that the deceased left behind a wife, four sons, and five daughters. Therefore, the wife receives one-eighth, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave" [An-Nisa: 12]. The remainder is divided among the sons and daughters, with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females" [An-Nisa: 11].

The inheritance is divided into 104 shares: the wife receives 13 shares, each son receives 14 shares, and each daughter receives 7 shares. There is no difference between a child whose mother was still married to the deceased and one whose mother was divorced.

We would like to point out that matters of inheritance are serious and complex and cannot be settled solely by a fatwa (definition). Rather, they must be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation, as there might be other heirs, or wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
