Does sitting with friends who mock religion and the Lord, and hearing disbelief from them, make a Muslim apostate from the religion of Islam?

Merely sitting with those who curse the Lord and religion, and hearing it, is not disbelief (kufr) or apostasy (riddah). However, it is not permissible to sit with them while they are cursing the Lord and religion without necessity. Rather, one must depart their gathering.
