What is the ruling on saying the phrase (لعن الله عينك - "May God curse your eye") to children?

L cursing is expulsion and banishment from Allah's mercy. It is not permissible to invoke it against those who do not deserve it, such as children, for cursing a believer is like killing him, and reviling him is a sin. Therefore, supplicating against a protected Muslim with a curse is forbidden. A Muslim must keep his tongue free from reviling, slandering, and cursing.
