What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding encouraging a husband to transfer from his job in a usurious bank to a commercial company that requires daily travel?

It is not permissible for your husband to work in a usurious bank because the prohibition of usury is not limited to the one who deals with it, but extends to those who assist in it, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Allah has cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who pays it, the one who writes it down, and the two who witness it... And he said: they are all equal." So, he must repent and leave this forbidden work, and move to a permissible job if available. The wife will be rewarded for advising and helping him. And whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better. Provision is decreed and cannot be attained through disobedience to Allah.
