What is the ruling on evaluating forum posts with "I liked the post" despite the error of "Allah and Akbar" in it, and must a bandage laden with impurity be changed before every prayer if it is not on the ablution organs?

Writing "الله وأكبر" (Allah and [is] Greater) with an extra waw and the hamzat al-qat' (Allah wa Akbar) is an error. However, it is not considered a reprehensible act that must be changed, and the prayer of an ordinary person is valid with it, due to the permissibility of converting a hamza into a waw. But if the writer or speaker intended the waw to be a conjunction implying differentiation, as if believing that "Allah" is one thing and "Akbar" is another, then this error must be corrected.

Regarding blood found on wound dressings, it is excused, and the servant is not burdened with searching and investigating for it, nor for what is beneath the splint. However, if the blood flows and becomes visible from under the dressing, it must be removed. If its removal is difficult, then it should be wiped, and it is excused. The proof for this is Allah Almighty's saying: "So fear Allah as much as you are able."
