What is the ruling on shunning one's mother and her continuous anger over the most trivial matters, knowing that this behavior has started to transfer to her daughters?

A Muslim should have a pure heart, forgive those who wronged him, be kind to people, and be gentle and lenient. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O Aisha, Allah is Kind and loves kindness, and He grants for kindness what He does not grant for harshness, and what He does not grant for anything else." It is advisable to be gentle when advising the mother, choosing the appropriate time, and not being harsh or stern with her, no matter how much she insists on her stance.
