How can one deal with parents who are constantly bickering and having problems, especially with the father repeatedly causing financial and legal troubles, and must the son continue to bear these burdens?

The rights of parents are immense. Allah has coupled them with His worship, commanding kindness and beneficence towards them, even if they are disbelievers, as long as they do not command disobedience. Therefore, you must be dutiful to your parents and endure any harm they may inflict. It is not permissible to describe a father with inappropriate terms. Rather, one should be gentle with him, speak to him softly, show humility towards him, and accompany him with kindness.
