What is the ruling on work that compels a young man to look at unveiled women in immodest clothing, while he is in a state of destitution? And is the young man advised to go for Jihad in Palestine despite his elderly father being in debt?

If the work requires looking at women, then it is Islamically forbidden, due to the Almighty's saying: "Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their gaze and guard their private parts." It must be abandoned, and one should seek another job, unless there is a dire necessity for it, and upon finding an alternative, it must be left. However, if looking at women is not inherent to the nature of the work, then it is not forbidden, and one must lower their gaze.

Wishing for martyrdom in the way of Allah is a good thing. Whoever sincerely asks Allah for martyrdom, Allah will grant him the status of martyrs, even if he dies in his bed. If jihad is not feasible, do not withhold your prayers for the mujahideen and financial assistance. The son is not obligated to pay his father's debt, but if he is able, paying it is an act of filial piety. And filial piety towards the father is a great jihad, especially with his need and weakness.
