What is the ruling on a person leading the Jumu'ah prayer in its first time, and then leading other worshippers in its second time?

It is permissible for the Imam to repeat the Friday sermon and prayer twice out of necessity, especially when there are multiple mosques and no other preacher is available. Some jurists have explicitly stated the permissibility of this. However, if there is no such necessity, or another preacher is available, the Imam should not repeat the Jumu'ah prayer twice, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade repeating the obligatory prayer twice without a legitimate reason.
