Is it permissible to give charity to people if the husband divorced his wife due to her suffering from him?

If a vow is contingent upon the occurrence of a divorce, and the divorce does not take place, then nothing is binding upon the one who made the vow. It is not permissible for a woman to seek divorce without a valid reason, as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Any woman who asks her husband for a divorce without any strong reason, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her." However, if she is subjected to harm, then it is permissible for her to seek divorce or khul'.
