What is the ruling on swearing by triple divorce before marriage, and does it take effect or not, especially since it takes effect in the Hanafi madhhab, which is the madhhab practiced in Egypt?

If you swear by divorce concerning a specific matter and it turns out not to have occurred, then divorce becomes binding upon you if you marry the woman, according to the Hanafis and Malikis, contrary to the Shafi'is and Hanbalis. And if you intended to swear by divorce from every woman you marry in the future, then divorce becomes binding upon you according to the Hanafis. The preponderant opinion according to us is that divorce does not take effect before marriage, and you are not obliged to adhere to a specific madhhab in this matter; rather, it suffices you to follow the fatwa of someone whose knowledge and piety you trust.
