Does the prayer of one who turns off the sound system causing disturbance during prayer become invalidated?

The jurists have agreed that excessive movement during prayer invalidates it, but they differed on its exact limit. The preponderant opinion is that "excessiveness" is determined by custom and common practice. Accordingly, the prayer is valid if the worshiper does not take more than two steps, and turning off the phone in this situation is in the best interest of the prayer.
