What is the ruling regarding water that appeared in a woman's home in Amman, which she claimed cures illnesses if it is gifted, not sold, and that it is yellow in color?

Dreams do not prove anything, for Allah the Almighty is the sole Healer. The yellow water should be presented to doctors to ascertain the cause of its color, whether it is harmful, or if its change is due to magic or some substance. If it is sound, it can be chemically analyzed to determine its benefit. A Muslim should suffice with what is legislatively established for treatment, such as Zamzam water, honey, and the black seed, and should not be led astray by superstitions.
