How can one get rid of the vile whispers that come concerning creed and cause anxiety and forgetfulness, and the obscene whispers related to ghusl from janabah, while maintaining the fear of Allah and love for good?

We advise you to turn away from and ignore doctrinal whisperings (waswas); they will not harm you as long as you dislike them. As for the thoughts and images that occur to you, strive to repel them, and there is no sin upon you for what overwhelms you of them. Ritual bathing (ghusl) is not obligatory merely due to them, unless the emission of semen is confirmed. Regarding discharge, if it is madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), then ablution (wudu') is obligatory, and you must purify what has soiled the body and clothes. If you are certain it is maniy (semen), then ritual bathing (ghusl) is obligatory. If you are doubtful between maniy and madhiy, you may choose how to rule regarding it.
