Is blood due from one who trims his mustache after 'Umrah (Tawaf and Sa'i)?

"Exiting the state of ihram after Umrah is only achieved by shaving or shortening the hair of the head. If trimming the mustache involved four hairs or more, you are obligated to choose one of three options: fasting for three days, or sacrificing a sheep in the Haram to be distributed among the poor, or giving three sa' (measures) of food to six needy persons."
