Does downloading a program that includes a condition of disbelief, and agreeing to it, make one a disbeliever, knowing that he does not consent to disbelief?

There is no harm in using programs that include conditions contrary to Sharia (such as resorting to man-made courts); because these clauses have become a widespread affliction and it is difficult to avoid them, and by accepting these conditions, the Muslim intends to affirm only what conforms to Sharia.
