What is the ruling on programs displayed on the the internet that are allowed to be obtained without adding conditions?

There is no objection to obtaining copies of programs as long as their owners permit it. If the program owners stipulate that there should be no modification to them, then this condition must be adhered to, due to the generality of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions in what is lawful."
