Is it permissible for me to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology?

It is permissible for a man to specialize in gynecology, especially in complex surgical operations that women are usually unable to perform. He must exercise caution and care while practicing the profession, not revealing anything except out of necessity, not being alone with a female patient, not undertaking treatment that a female doctor can perform, and being mindful that Allah is watching him.
