Is it obligatory to return the Quran copy designated for memorization to the mosque where the memorization circles have ceased, or is it permissible to keep it to complete memorization at home, especially since there are currently no other copies of the same Quran in the mosque?

It is not permissible to transfer Qur'anic manuscripts endowed in a mosque to another mosque, unless their use is no longer possible due to the demolition of the mosque, or if they exceed the needs of the first mosque. In such cases, it is permissible to transfer them to another mosque in need. It is not permissible for anyone to take a Qur'anic manuscript from the mosque to their home; they must return it immediately. The Qur'anic manuscripts and endowments designated for the mosque must remain therein for the general benefit, and it is not permissible for anyone to keep them for themselves.
