What is the ruling on money earned from works produced using a computer whose parts (such as RAM and hard drive) have been upgraded with mixed (halal and haram) funds, and are the works and ideas produced using this device considered unlawful, and what should be done about them?

May Allah keep you firm on the path of guidance, and we thank you for your diligence in seeking what is permissible. The device updated with mixed funds is permissible, and what is earned through it is permissible, for two reasons: First, not all of the money is unlawful; rather, most of it is lawful. Second, the prohibition—if it exists—relates to your liability, so you are required to donate the equivalent of the unlawful portion to charitable causes. The prohibition does not relate to the money itself.
