Does a Muslim woman's desire to become an astronaut and achieve global fame contradict the teachings of Islam, even if she wears the hijab?

The love of fame and prominence, and seeking them through impermissible means, are among the gravest of forbidden acts. This is due to the prophetic narrations that condemn the garment of fame and punish it with humiliation on the Day of Judgment, and because it indicates arrogance and the love of high status, both of which are forbidden in Islam. True happiness is not in fame, but in faith and righteous deeds. Many famous people are deprived of happiness, while there may be unknown individuals who are close to Allah. A woman's work in fields such as space exploration is not compatible with her natural disposition (fitra) or what Allah has commanded her regarding modesty and avoiding mixing with men, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed women who imitate men. Therefore, it is advisable to strive for excellence in good deeds that benefit one in the sight of Allah, such as memorizing the Quran, inviting others to Allah, and helping the needy, with pure intentions for Allah's sake.
