Does the wife have the right to wear makeup outside her home despite her husband's rejection and disapproval, and does the husband have the right to divorce her?

As for a wife who insists on wearing makeup for strangers, the husband should advise her by instilling fear of Allah in her and reminding her of Him, and by explaining the legal ruling to her. If she does not return to righteousness, then it is preferable that he divorce her.
