Is it permissible to search for work in a Western country given the absence of Islamic banks and the transfer of salaries to interest-based banks, with a desire to work but no urgent necessity for it?

It is permissible to transfer one's salary to a usurious bank in a current account that accrues no interest, out of necessity, if an Islamic bank is not available. Any usurious interest obtained must be disposed of by spending it on the welfare of Muslims. The fundamental principle for a Muslim woman is to remain in her home. If she is compelled to work outside the home, her work must be suitable for her nature, adhere to Islamic legal guidelines, and be free from forbidden acts. This is difficult to achieve in Western countries, and working there is not permissible except out of necessity. To address obsessive thoughts (waswas), one can fill their free time with beneficial activities. Residing in lands of disbelief is not permissible unless one can establish the rituals of their religion and is safe from temptation.
