Is a marriage that was concluded with its legitimate pillars and conditions valid, despite not being officially documented in court due to the delay in the procedures of the first divorce, and an agreement not to announce it until these procedures are completed?

If the contract fulfills the conditions and pillars of marriage, namely offer, acceptance, a guardian (wali), two witnesses, and the woman's consent, then it is a valid contract that entails its effects, and by it, the woman becomes a wife. This holds true even if there is no public announcement or official registration, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There is no marriage except with a guardian," and his saying: "There is no marriage except with a guardian and two just witnesses." Registering the contract in court is not a condition for the validity of the marriage, but rather for safeguarding rights.
