Is ghusl obligatory, or is wudu sufficient upon awakening with a feeling of lust, without being certain that anything was discharged?

Mere sensation of lust does not necessitate ghusl (ritual bath) unless semen is discharged, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "If she sees the water," and his saying (peace be upon him): "Water is only from water."
